Is Kent Eco Sanctum registered with Kerala RERA?
Yes. The registration number is K-RERA/PRJ/ERN/212/2023. You can look it up on the Kerala RERA portal, where the approved plans, the land documents and the quarterly progress filings are public.
When will homes be handed over?
Structure, tiling, doors and window frames are complete. Interior painting and fittings are being finished floor by floor, and the model apartment is ready. Ask on WhatsApp for the current handover schedule and this month's site photographs, and we will send both in writing.
What is the difference between carpet area and super built-up area?
Carpet area, as defined by RERA, is the usable floor inside your walls. Super built-up adds your balconies and a proportionate share of lobbies, corridors and amenities. For the 3 BHK that is 1,596 sq ft carpet against 2,384 sq ft super built-up; for the 4 BHK, 2,230 against 3,231. Always compare projects on carpet area.
Can I buy from outside India?
Yes. Non-resident Indians can buy residential property in India and pay through NRE or NRO accounts. We handle the walkthrough by video call, send documents for review before you commit, and registration can be completed through a power of attorney if you cannot travel. Many Kent owners bought from the Gulf, the UK and the US.
Can I get a home loan for this project?

What does the price include?
The starting price of ₹2.73 Cr applies to the 3 BHK and is subject to terms. We share a written price sheet on WhatsApp that lists the base price and every other charge separately, so there is nothing to discover later.
